I think you were more than right in not letting her play with your kids anymore! I would have done the same thing in a hearbeat!!!
The abuse one is a tough call. The situation with the shower and step-dad was way over the line, not appropriate at all!! That alone boarders on abuse. I have a 5, 6 and 8 year old and they never actted like that. Yes, they get curious about babies and such but I have never heard of anyone giving detailed discriptions to a six year old.
Stick to your guns, keep your children away. If you have seen signs of abuse then you need to report it. They may take the kids away for awhile until the mom learns how to raise a child and to learn what is right and wrong. When she completes that she may just get her kids back.
