Sadly it sounds like she is ready to give up day naps :(

I have 2.5 yr old boy who is in the same transition. Some days we let him skip his sleep but the afternoons are hell! Lucky for us he goes to bed early about 6.30/7pm. Have you tried to put her to bed earlier?

I'm starting to get sick of the fights to get him to sleep during the day but just can't quite give them up yet. We have 11 mth old twins & I'm usually able to have all 3 in bed for aleast 1 hour at the same time during the day & I can't face giving that up just yet (call me selfish LOL!).
