I wanted to add... milk is not all it is cracked up to be anyways. There is not nearly as much absorbable calcium in it as is tauted to be. You can actually get more calcium out of a glass of tropicana orange juice than a glass of milk! Milk is also very hard on your GI system (especially children). Did you know that humans are the ONLY species that continue to drink milk past infancy (and it isn't even our own!)?? The rice milk we give our daughter is organic and enriched with alot of vitamins and minerals. She loves it and dos not know any other "milk".
