I wouldn't worry too much. My son is 2 1/2 and he is doing the same thing. Me and my Husband do not do things like that in front of him and he still tries to kiss me with his mouth open. My son and I kiss on the lips all the time, but occasionally he will try to force me to kiss with an open mouth. He is also very curious when his diaper is off. Everybody I ask says he will grow out of it.
