SUBJECT: Miserable First Trimester
This is my first pregnancy and I am about nine weeks in. I feel awful. I have a nauseating lump in my throat all of the time. I am often dizzy, always tired, and just plain sick feeling. It never goes away. I have no appetite. I force myself to eat, mostly bland foods. Eating doesn't help. Is this normal? Will this go away? Even water grosses me out some times. What can I do?
