My daughter was recently tested for all food allergies through a blood test. The test were all negative, yet she is symptomatic when she ingest dairy. Her pediatrician has requested that she refrain from dairy intake throughout her third year. We must carry an epi-pen and benedryl constantly, as well as educate her caregivers. The hardest part is keeping well intentioned adults from feeding her foods with dairy.
