Don't worry. You'll eventually start having sypmtoms. I actually felt wonderful until about 9 or 10 weeks. Then I started with every symptom immaginable, all day nausea, light headedness, clothes getting tight, tiredness.
It will all come with a little time. Just enjoy your pregnancy as it is for now. Three pregnancy test are probably not wrong.
It was great and releving to hear from the doctor that my uterus was growing and I was deffinately pregnant. You will also enjoy that moment.
