Loose stools on Nutramigen?

My daughter is 6 weeks on and was constipated on Isomil, so now she's been on Nutramigen for about 2 days and she is popping alot!!! I really don't think it's diarreah, but it fills her diapers every time..... She is going several times a day now too. It's a yellow color. Is this normal for the nutramigen? Do you think she's still "getting it all out" from being constipated on the soy? Thanks!
