AUTHOR: What are you?
Well I know my daughter touches herself when the diaper comes off or in the bathtub. It's nothing sexual, just doing what feels right to them. I don't bring her attention to it by saying no, I just try to distract her hands. Also, we are a family that gives pecks on the lips. My husband and I were both raised giving pecks on the lips. So I see nothing wrong there. However, if it's something that you're family doesn't do, perhaps she's seen you and your husband kiss each other?
