In my opinion it is okay. I have read that this is around the age that they start exploring what they have. It is only natural. They're curious. I have a little boy and he started around the same time your daughter did. This went on for one and a half years. he is three now and perfectly normal. As far as kissing on the mouth. This is what my son and I do, as well as his daddy and him. It is okay for them to do this. Your daughter may feel curious about what the kiss feels like coming from your lips, instaed of just from hers. My son is a perfectly normal little boy and so is my brother who is 13 now. He kissed on the lips too. As far as I see it can do no harm and it brings your child closer to you.
