SUBJECT: I can not handle all of this stress!!!!!
I am 30 weeks pregnant. The problem is during most of my pregnancy, I have been very stressed out and depressed. I had to quit my job because I was under so much stress. Now in order to bring in a little bit of money, I babysit a 3 month old, and I have a 3 year old very hyper daughter.I cannot even sit down to rest for 5 minutes without the baby crying or my daughter wanting something. When my husband gets home from work, the baby is gone, but he is too tired to watch my daughter for me. Also, he is too soft and she knows it, so she will not mind him. Therefore, I always have to disipline her. So I get zero rest all day long, and I can't sleep at night because of the pregnancy and being so stressed out!! Even on the weekends, I can't rest because I have to clean the house, go shopping, exc.I am at the end of my rope and I don't know how to handle all of this. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what I should do. I am worried that this might cause problems with labor or possibly cause me to go into labor early. HELP!!
