Hey, when I was 7 months pregnant with my first born I had to get emergency surgery cause my gull stones had gangreen on them so if you continue to have these symtoms I suggest you tell your Dr about it, it may get worse. I too was vomitting and having major diarreah, I dint know what was going on, since this was my first baby, I couldnt keep anything down, till my Dr saw how serious this was he had to take my gull stones out while pregnant. He never took my gull bladder out, so now my stones have came back and Im headed for sugery (again) sometime next week. Good luck with you and your baby.
