a boyish girl becoming a girly girly... is that normal?

I'm 14 and I've been boyish all my life. MY friends think I will never grow up but the problem is that I'm becoming a girl. I have a crush on someone and I keep on blushing whenver my crushes passes by. My friends are notice that I blush and the keep on teasing me. Well, is it normal that I'm becoming a girl... I don't know who to talk to because my mom is no use. I don't have a sis and my friends don't take me seriously... help!!
