Hello,

My pediatrician started my son on cereal at 3 months - one teaspoon morning and night increasing gardually. Personally, I think it was too soon because firstly, he wasn't a big formula drinker and his drinking reduced once I started solids. 6 ounces sounds great every 3 hours and I would also check with your ped if your baby should start cereal. Usually, they start at 4 months. Good luck
