Hi!

Babies do make noises when they sleep like grownups, so that could be totally normal. The sneezing is very normal, and so is the acne (a result of the change in hormones in his body). The peeling - also totally normal. The congestion I don't know about.... I'd call and ask your ped what he thinks, he may just have a cold.

If he was allergic to something in his formula, you'd see vomiting, rash etc... and possibly a fever, so it doesn't sound like that's it to me.

Most of what you're saying sounds like he's just a normal little baby! Ignore the acne, it goes away on its own, try baby oil, vaseline or lotion for the peeling.

Good luck!
Sarah
