11 days late and still show negative

I am 11 days late on my period, I've taken 4 pregnancy tests and a blood tests, all says negative. Is this normal or should i worry? Should I wait for 1 more week? I am so eagered because I want to be pregnant so bad this would be our first child. Please help!!!!
