baby jar foods = bad mother???

Everyone tells me that I shouldn't give my baby jarred foods and that I should make everything from scratch. I've never been the type of person that cooks everything from scratch etc... I now feel like a bad mother because I take an easy way for baby food. Is there any bad affects if I give my baby already made jarred food??? thank u for your comments.
