 | no offense to you, but it is as easy as you think and I am proof. You see, I was a smoker as well, a pack a day. When my husband and I decided to start trying to have a baby, I gave up smoking (and all tabacco products, patches, nicotine inhaler, gum, etc.) COLD TURKEY. I did this because I knew that it was the healiest thing for me and my future unborn child.
Smoking is an addiction, not a life necessity and people just need to make priorities...if my in-laws say that they HAVE to smoke around my son, then they will see less of him...that is the choice that they have made.
