If you are on the pill and somehow get pregnant (which, from what I've read here happens quite often), will the pill hurt the baby? Will your period still come b/c of the hormones from the pill and if so, then how will you find out if you are pregnant?

Sorry....I have lots of questions - I must have been absent the day they taught reproduction in High School - :-) - thanks
