I am also trying to find books. My daughter is 9 and is asking questions, so I figure I'll just get her prepared... A few good books I found are:

"What's happening to my body? Book for Girls: A growing up guide for mothers and daughters." By: Lynda Mandaras

"The Period Book" (GREAT book.) By Karen Gravelle

"It's Perfectly Normal: Changing Bodies, Growing Up, Sex and Sex Health." By Robie H. Harris

I find that the last book is a wonderful book to cover everything. "The Period Book" is great for someone that has just started their period... but, look at them and see which suits you better. Good luck.
