Hi. I have two little boys and their at the age now where they realize they have a penis and play with it all the time. But at six years old! Maybe she doesn't know that it's wrong to touch other people in those places. I really wouldn't think she's being abused. It's ok to be upfront with your kids, but i think there's a sertain limit to everything. Her mom has gone way to far. I didn't really know everything about sex until middle school. I hope you and your sister start talking again. Good luck!
