I really have no idea what you're talking about. If someone gets a sex change operation, it's because they feel they need one. If you have a growth on your body and you would really like it to go away because it's extremely inconvenient in your life wouldn't you have it removed? And if you had it removed wouldn't you want them to make sure there isn't as much scarring so it looks natural? Think of it that way. They think their bodies are deformed so they change them to fit their personality. I've never heard of a male changing to a female and continuing to have relationships with females. That doesn't really make sense to me, but it's their bodies so it's not our place to question or judge.
