Need help to stop smoking(not prgnant Yet)

I have been smoking for about 3 years, and i tried a patch but it sent me to the ER. My husband and I are ready to start trying for our first child. I have started pre natal vits. and eating better and all that. But i dont know how to stop the smoking. It is such a hard thing to just stop. Can anyone help me? Thanx.
