plze pple i need ur help....HELP!!!!

ok..... just wanted 2 know..... i havent got my period since my last 1 ending july14 i had sex in the 20's of july now i havent got my period since...i'm scared ...bot 1 week ago i started using the bathroom and mucus started coming out ALOT!!! ans stuff that looks likes tissue.... now last nite i started bleeding .... now i dont know if it;s my period or me being preggo and somethings going wrong cause i have bad cramping and bad lower back pain.... ( i using tampons is that a good idea?
