Cramping is not normal. Please seek a Doctor's opinion ASAP. Stretching can be normal but when in doubt once again seek a doctor's advice.

I recently I was in my first trimester. First pregnancy and had no clue of what to expect.
Books only provide the basics to us.
I was starting to cramp badly. Looked for advice from my mother she said that doesn't sound normal.
I called my doctor but they were booked until September.
The very next day.. I had sever cramping in the evening. I layed down for awhile. Got up to make
tea....to ease this discomfort.
I was like I was going through what I was imagining labor to be. blood clots fell from my body. It was like I was having my menstrual period, but 10 times worse.
My husband rushed me to the hospital and it was confirmed I went through a miscarriage.
