SUBJECT: Son and friend in trouble
My eight year old son and his friend the same age where out playing and curiosity got the best of them. The other boy found a lighter and started a small fire with paper. My son was there and tried to stop the other boy, but it did not help. They got scared and my son stumped the fire out. No one told an adult until it was to late. The other boys aunt found out and my son came home and told me everything and knew it was wrong, but was afraid to tell on his friend because his friend told him he would get the belt.
What do I do for punishment?
