I am not out to attack anyone..or belittle you either. I will say this ; I am a mother of 2 sons,one toilet trained and one not. I like yourself was looking on this site for helpful information from other mom's like myself on how to deal with my stubborn 3 year old.
However, I came across this post & was astounde to read the topic of a nine year old in diapers, however, if you read further in the posts you will see that the parent of this child has a huge hurdle to overcome with the diagnosis of her daughtyer's MS. I have a nephew with this condition and it breaks my heart to see him go from a happy otherwise normal child to using depends & a wheelchair as well. As a mother yourself, you came looking for help & advice from other parents, you said that yourself.
Please, if you have nothing supportive, or encouraging to say,do what's best and say nothing.
If you're searching for advice for your own children, then start your own post and leave this woman alone, how would you feel if your child was diagnosed with this condition.
Ignorance is a terrible thing,it takes 2 people with something educated to say to start a battle of the wits..be the intelligent woman you are & walk away from this topic. Start your own post,not tarnish an already challenged mother's support circle.
As far as education, I have an AA Degree in Emergency Medical Services and am a Nationally Registered EMT-Paramedic, so you are reading the post of an educated woman as well.Please stop slaming this woman! She is a wonderful mother and Loves her daughter very much. If you have so much time to post backlash, have a little time to create a post for you purpose of intent..your own children. I am not belittleing you , so just remember..it could always be you child..you never know.The Lord works in mysterious ways. Give support to those who need it not backlash..and to the mother of this child...Stay strong for your family and your daughter,she is lucky to have a mother like you!GOD BLESS YOU ALL!! And Meshone, good luck with toilet training your twins, stay patient, & please be positive..Mean People Suck!
