Wow! What a relief to hear that someone is going through the same things I am. I am very new at this, my son was just diagnosed with ADHD and he is 8. I haven't researed things enough to make a decison on what to do, but i am so nervous about the medicine. It sounds like it worked for your child. I would really like to see my son feel better about himself. He really does well in school, except for keeping focused and on task. He also picks on other kids sometimes. Because of some of these things and more his teacher gave him alot of bad grades last year, and he missed alot of recess which was hard for him, and caused him to dislike school alot. He tells me often he is bored with school. Is that normal? Any helpful info. would be welcomed! Thanks and Good Luck to you also! P.S. Did you find out that sugar is linked to this at all or needs to be watched? My son also acts differently when he has had too much sugar.
