Both boys were adopted through the state. My oldest boy was left behind a trash can at the airport when he was 3 months old. Although, during the court battle to adopt him I met his bio father who was a very angry man we were able to never have contact again.
My second son is currently 3 years old. His bio grandmother and two siblings live across the street from me. At the time of his adoption both of his parents were in jail for drugs. My son was born on cocain. His grandmother moved in across the street from me with two of his siblings. She thought this was a great move. We are not financial able to move so I have been trying to deal with this as best I can. Anyway, the father is out of jail and is also back at his mothers house across the street.
My husband sees nothing wrong in contact with this family even though I feel it is wrong. The siblings are 5 and 6 years old and realize that my son is their brother. I keep my son in my backyard but they have been coming over. Am I wrong for feeling threatend? My husband thinks I'm making too much out of this. Does anyone have any thoughts on this that I can share with him. All of my arguements have availed to nothing. | |  | |
