SUBJECT: fear in my 12 year old
recently my 12 year old son had a real bad nightmare since then he has been very nervous and scared to go to bed i have tried everything to help him out we talk he says he dosnt know why he is afraid or when he is scared he tries to think of happy thoughts but the fear he says comes back
i have a tv in his room and he generally falls asleep with a movie on or by reading he is fine during the day its the night that have become a nightmare for me
i need some advice!!
