Man, I thought I was the only one who had to deal with comments from grandma like this.

My mother, a retired nurse, commented about the size of my daugther "vagina" as well. She even said that it was larger than hers as well! The only thing is, it wasn't my daughter's vagina that she was looking at, it was the space between her labia minora (sp?). Her vaginal opening is barely visible. (In adult women, the labia minora forms the inner "lips")
I am guessing you didn't specifically question your daughter's docter regarding her anatomy and your concern. On your next visit, do so to verify that grandma is just a little bit confused.
If, however, it is indeed her vagina that is enlarged, seek out a specialist. Sometimes when external genetalia are altered, so is internal genetalia. This can be far more of an issue beyond body differences.
