 | My high school is full of scantily clad teens, most of whom are freshies. The sad thing is, is that no one really cares what you are or aren't wearing,,,IT'S SCHOOL!!! who do you have to impress? the immature boys? My friends and i have gotten to the point where we wear pajama's to school...not the ones we slept in last night. After age 15 comfort becomes priority,,,late nights studying for an AP exam or two will have you caring about things other than what you're wearing. Why waste nice, expensive clothing on school, where it'll just get ruined anyway?
The clothing trends most teens prefer to follow DO make you look easy and skanky. The old, dirty truck driver who's watching you walk to school dressed in tight low-rise jeans and a little top doesn't care who you are, he's fantasizing over you,,which is gross. First impressions decide what people think of you,,and if they think you're some dumb slut,,it will matter. Save the more "adult" clothes for when you're older...trust me you'll have more fun wearing it at 18 than at 15 or 16 |
