How do you distance your children from what has happened, when it happened so close to home? We live 80 miles from where the plane went down near Pittsburgh, Pa. My son knew that and it scared him. He asks me every morning before school if they caught the mean people who did this. How do you respond to a statement like that? I told him that they are working on it. I also told him not to worry about it because this would never happen again. But we dont really know that, do we? I guess we can only pray.
