I am sure it is hard to even think about letting her go to the state. You obviously love her. The thing you have to look at is the inside. I don't know what happened to these kids that you have custody of them. How old is the other little girl? Maybe the 11 yo has security issues and emotional issues. I've heard that is what will happen sometimes if a child has been through a tramatic situation.. they will start hoarding food, money, etc. Please feel free to write me at lilthunder217@AOL.COM Good luck and God bless you.
