SUBJECT: Left-handedness
How about those of us who are right-handed and after almost 60 years, want to become lefted handed, because his son is left-handed? (my husband), what do you make of that?

I'm right-handed and but I cannot for the life of me staple right-handed, open jars right-handed eat bread right-handed, etc. I can write with my left hand real well, though I prefer my right, mostly because I taught myself to use my left hand and also because I was without the use of my right hand for 13 weeks once and again for 8 weeks.

My sister is lefthanded, but me and my brother are right handed along with our mother and father. I believe my mother wanted my sister to be right handed, but my sister won out. She is a teacher and is very intelligent, but then so are the rest of us (smile). Any comments for others out there?
