SUBJECT: Left handedness & cooking
Hi! I have 17-yr old twins who are left handed.
When I cook and ask them to help me I cringe when I see them try to cut vegetables and other foods.
They will be going off to college next year & I worry about possible injury to thier hands if they attempt to cook on thier own. Is there info out there that can explain how leftys can approach cutting many different types of foods in a safe manner?
