SUBJECT: CAN U LOSE YOUR BELLY AFTER A C-SECTION?
I HAVE HAD TWO C-CECTIONS. MY FIRST ONE WAS ALMOST 7 YRS AGO, BUT NOW I CANT HAVE ANYMORE KIDS AND I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, BUT I JUST CANT SEAM TO LOSE THE WEIGHT IN MY BELLY. IS IT TRUE THAT I CANT LOSE THAT WEIGHT IN MY BELLY? BECAUSE THE MUSCLES ARE CUT IN THE LOWER PART OF MY BELLY? I WOULD LOVE TO FIND OUT IF THAT IS TRUE ARE CAN U TELL ME SOMETHING I CAN DO TO CHANGE THIS PROBLEM.
