Hi there. My daughter's tongue always stuck out also. How is your son doing in regards to his motor skills? My daughter has hypotonia (low muscle tone (loose, floppy, flexible) which was the reason behind her tongue sticking out. She didn't roll over until 5.5 months, crawled at 10 months (thanks to 1.5 months of therapy), etc. I can get more elaberate but if your son has shown no signs of developmental delays or low muscle tone, then I don't want to send you on a wild goose chase. I've been on too many of those myself.

p.s. Does your son have a buried penis?
