i smoked my whole pregnancy i couldent stop it was a suprise pregnancy i cut down to one when i wake up one after lunch one after dinner and one right before bed and i had a helthy baby girl u dont have quit just cut down thats what m y doc told me iam also bi poler and it was the meds or still smoke that keept me sane the meds and more stuff then cigggs
