Did the clinic mention why they don't belive you can get pregnant?
While it does take a little longer to become pregnant after being on depo it sound to me like you are on the right track. Depo should not make you infertile.
Your experiences when you stopped taking depo sounds normal. Now that your periods are normal you should have a green light for baby making.
But 2 years is a long time to be trying. I would suggest you go and see your doctor. Get a second oppinion from someone other than the free clinic. Or at least ask the clinic more questions. The first of which are you ovulating, is your partners sperm count normal, are your hormone levels normal.
Good luck.
