It's really not fair to her that your family keeps moving, athough it's really not her choice, nor is it yours. I would recommend you make sure that you can find a place to move that she can stay in at least until she graduates from High School.

I can't think of anything that will make another move easier for her. Going into a new school surrounded by people you don't know is an earthshattering experience. Doing it three times is just depressing.

If you can find a local job, even if it means taking a pay cut, I'd advise you to do so.
