SUBJECT: green&blood-tinged stool in cranky breastfed 6 wk old
My 6 week old son has been having green stools with tiny amounts of blood in them at times. He is only breastfed and i am perplexed. His pediatrician did a stool culture about 2 weeks ago and everything came out ok,of course that stool was not green. He is very cranky especially at night.He wants to constantly nurse and i seem to have an overabundant supply of milk(i still leak all the time).I'm very worried and frustrated.Has anyone out there ever had this problem?
