SUBJECT: CAFE AU LAIT BIRTHMARK
MY SON IS 3 MONTHS OLD AND LAST MONTH HE DEVELOPED A LIGHT BROWN PATCH ON HIS CHEEK(STARTS AT THE CORNER OF HIS EYE AND GOES TO THE CORNER OF HIS MOUTH, COVERING HIS WHOLE CHEEK). MY PED. SAID IT MAY BE A BIRTHMARK AND COULD BE TREATED WITH LASER SURGERY WHEN HE IS OLDER. THIS REALLY FRIGHTENS ME. HAS ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF THING?
