Sorry, but I don't have any answers. In fact I am here looking for answers. Our situation is almost identical, new house, new bed, new baby sister. My son was always a good sleeper, we actaully took him to see a doctor when he was 8 months old because he was sleeping too much! How we miss those days. One thing we have done is install a child gate at his door. When we put him down for bed he asks that we leave the gate and door open which we do, if he stays in bed. When he is asleep we shut the gate. Now when he wakes up he can't leave his room and eventually goes back to sleep. This has worked for 3 straight nights so maybe it is working. I will let you know.
