How often is too often?

I have read many sights and most say to have sex every other day during ovulation. I was just wondering if you have it EVERY day do your chances decrease? And if my period is a avg. 29 day cycle and my last period started on May 7 and lasted 4 days and my fertile days are predicted to be from the 19-23 with the 22 being the day of ovulation which day is reccomended to have intercourse. before ovulation, on the day of or the day after. Let me know what you think.......
