Diet is not the ONLY cause of Acne, but it can be one of them. However, from my personal research... it's not what they eat that's the problem so much as what they DON'T eat.

A lack of certain vitamins and minerals can leave your body low on the things it needs to fight bacteria... including Acne Bacteria.

A few suggestions:

- Zinc
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin B (sometimes Acne is stress related)
- A High-Quality Acne Treatment (not the over the counter crap you can get from a drug store)
- A good purifier/toner
- Lots and lots and lots and lots of water
