Hi I was wondering if I could be having symptoms of being pregnant this early if i am i would have gotten pregnant on April 29 or the 30,I have had period like cramps that lasted for 3 days that was at the end of last week now they are gone but my lower back hurts really bad and my nipples are very sore that started 3 days ago when the cramps went away. please help
