gull bladder attacks

Hi! I am 18 weks pregnant with my third child. I was waking up volmiting in the middle of the night. I had a ultrasound, and they found a gull stone and sludge(which is sand). Since then I have been fine until a couple of days ago. I woke up with severe pain, almost worst then labor this lasted about 5 hours. I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing. If so do you have any advice for me? Do you think this is something that will worsen as I get farther in my pregnancy?
