Well, I am no expert, but I don't think the dizziness or blackspots have anything to do with her endometreosis. It sounds more like she may be having some problems with her blood pressure.

She just has to remember that she is the one in charge. If she feels that she is not getting the attention that she needs, she should let her physician know this.

If that does not work, then she should get a second opinion maybe.
