Deborah,

What you are describing does not sound like Eczema. My one year old developed eczema when he was a couple months old and it has gotten worse. he constantly scratches himself. Eczema are red, raised patches of extrememly dry skin. He will scratch himself so hard at the top of his bottom, that he will make himself bleed. His pediatrician has given me a couple of suggestions, but I am taking him to a dermatologist this month. I really don't know what your daughter has. Have you called the doctor? I'm sure with a child that young you would want to find out asap.
